These terms apply when you download or play Mini Airport (the "game") or use this website. The game is made by XY Space Inc. ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
The store's terms apply too
You get the game through Apple's App Store or Mac App Store, or through Google Play on Android. If you got it from Apple, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where these terms and Apple's differ, Apple's standard terms govern your licence. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the game or for supporting it; we are.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the game, or use cheats, automation or exploits that interfere with leaderboards or other players.
Coins and purchases
- Coins are an in-game currency. You earn them by playing, redeeming daily codes, or (on iPhone, iPad and Android) buying coin packs. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and are only for use in the game.
- Purchases, including the Mac version itself, are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's payment and refund policies. Refund requests go to Apple or Google.
- Coins and progress are stored on your device. If you delete the game or lose your device, unspent coins and progress may be lost, and we can't restore them.
Ads
The iPhone, iPad and Mac versions show no ads. The Android version shows ads provided by Google AdMob; buying Remove Ads turns off the full-screen ones. Our privacy policy explains what the ads collect and the choices you have.
Game Center (iPhone and iPad)
Leaderboards and achievements use Apple's Game Center. Your nickname and scores may be visible to other players according to your Game Center settings. We may remove scores that result from cheating.
Changes to the game
We keep improving Mini Airport. Updates may add, change or remove features, rebalance the game, or change prices of in-game items. We may stop offering the game in the future.
Ownership
The game, its art, sounds, code and name belong to XY Space Inc. and its licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond the licence above.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is". We work hard to make it fun and reliable, but we don't promise it will be free of bugs or always available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress or coins. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the game and in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant we'll mention it in the game's update notes. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
